Fall Bucket List | Healthy Fabulous Life

Fall is my favorite time of year. If you can't already tell from the blog or Instagram lately, I'm obsessed with all the fall things! Slow Cooker Pumpkin Chicken Chili

Set it and forget it with this Slow Cooker Pumpkin Chicken Chili. 
All the flavors of fall combined in a creamy, spicy chili. 

It's pumpkin season Y'all! AKA my favorite season!

Chili is my go to quintessential fall meal. You know, that one dish that instantly makes you think "mmm fall!"? That's chili for me. See proof here and here

You know what else I love about chili? It's so EASY to put together...especially when the slow cooker does all the work for in this recipe! Chop up your ingredients, place them in the slow cooker, drive yourself crazy while you smell the crazy aroma as it cooks, and dig in!

I created this chili because I wanted a different flavor than your typical ground beef or turkey chili. This chili is flavored with pumpkin puree, white sweet potatoes, a variety of peppers and the perfect amount of spice (with a fall twist). The topping ideas are endless, but I've listed my favorites below. Plus, this chili is bean free. Making it a perfect Paleo or Whole30 option.

Cinnamon Vanilla Bulletproof Latte Bombs

I've become obsessed with bulletproof lattes. Like SO into them. One thing I'm not into...all the prep involved with putting them together. I take my morning routine very seriously (more on that here). One extra sleepy morning after spilling coconut oil all over the floor (try cleaning that up...not cool) I was determined to find a simpler way to enjoy my beloved bulletproof latte. 

Then it came to me...bulletproof latte creamer! While the idea sounded so perfect in my mind, it failed to impress. All the healthy fat in the creamer rose to the top of the jar and solidified, making a not so creamy creamer. Back to the drawing board. One day after making a batch of bone broth, I poured the broth into silicon ice cube trays to freeze (like I always do) and then it really came to me! Yes!! Frozen Bulletproof Latte Bombs!!

It's official...last Friday was the first day of FALL! There is something about fall that makes me so happy inside. The cooler temps, boots, scarves, comfy sweaters and all things pumpkin give me all the feels. I just love it!

Of all the seasons, fall is my absolute favorite time to dress. My summer wardrobe outside of work typically involves distressed denim jeans, a loungy tee or tank and sandals. Not very exciting. But fall..oh how I love dressing for fall.
