High five for SPRING! The glorious time of year when the sun stays out later in the day and I don't want to cry when I get off work because it's still dark outside...yeeaaahhhh #thestruggleisreal. In all seriousness...this season gives me all the feels. The weather is warming up, the sun is out longer, everything is beautiful outside and so is the food! What is it about springtime food that is so pretty?!

I wanted to give you some inspiration for your Easter menu this Sunday! From sweet to savory, and we of course need some cocktails...I've got you covered!

Grain-free breakfast pizza?! I think I'm in heaven! Crispy + cheesy + spicy + topped with a perfect egg. This recipe will hit all your taste buds!

My Favorite Frittata by Healthy Fabulous Life


The flavors in this frittata are a combination of savory from the bacon, kale, and roasted red bell pepper plus a hint of sweetness from the roasted sweet potatoes. Top with some avocado slices and you're good to go!

This dish just screams springtime! I mean those colors...just beautiful!



I'm a sucker for a good hash and this one looks amazing.

Smoked Salmon Egg Stuffed Avocados by Grok Grub


Smoked salmon can be found on just about every brunch menu and for good reason...it's delicious! Stuff inside of an avocado and top with an egg and you've just multiplied that deliciousness x 1,000,000!!!



The ingredients in this salad are straight from the farmers market to the table, and my would this look stunning on any brunch table!



Deviled eggs almost always make an appearance on my Easter brunch menu and this Paleo version is a recipe I can feel good about eating!



These muffins are loaded with good for you ingredients. Apples, carrots, walnuts and a mixture of coconut and almond flour. Drizzle with some syrup and enjoy!



What brunch would be complete without a mimosa? But a strawberry pineapple mimosa?! Yes please!



Blackberry syrup + something bubbly + fresh thyme sounds like the perfect springtime cocktail to me!
