Weekly Meal Plan | Week 3


I hope you're enjoying a beautiful weekend! This week I'm craving all the flavors of spring inspired by fresh and colorful veggies and herbs.  We didn't have the chance to really celebrate St. Patty's day last week and are making up for it with a crockpot corned beef on this weeks menu!

Breakfasts:

Smoothies >> I've been craving this Tropical Green Smoothie Bowl by Eat Yourself Skinny

Snacks:

Fresh fruit
Root veggie chips

Dinners:

Herb Roasted Pork Tenderloin with Mustard Roasted Potatoes and Lemon Garlic Green Beans
Baked Lemon Salmon with Creamy Dill Sauce

Dessert:

Definitely going to try to this Dairy Free Carrot Cake Pudding by Against All Grain
