15-Minute Orange Cranberry Sauce

15-Minute Orange Cranberry Sauce comes together in minutes with ingredients you most likely already have on hand. This gorgeous deep red cranberry sauce is naturally sweetened with honey and flavored with citrus for a refreshing, tart, slightly sweetened sauce.

I'm sure most of you already have your Thanksgiving menu planned, but I still wanted to share this easy recipe with you! This 15-Minute Orange Cranberry Sauce will make a wonderful addition to your Thanksgiving table. If you haven't made homemade cranberry sauce before, you will be amazed at how quickly this comes together. You can prepare this cranberry sauce ahead of time and chill or cook and serve immediately.

15-Minute Orange Cranberry Sauce


1 pound organic raw cranberries
1/2 cup orange juice
1/4 cup honey
Zest of 1 orange
Fresh rosemary for garnish {optional}


1. Combine cranberries, orange juice and honey in a small saucepan over high heat.
2. Bring to a boil then reduce heat to medium low. Add orange zest and stir. *Note: At this point your cranberries should begin to make a slight popping sound - This is what you want!
3. Cover and cook for an additional 10 minutes until the sauce begins to thicken.
4. Remove from heat and either cool in the refrigerator or serve warm.

 Ditch the canned junk and make the real deal! Look at that beautiful color!
