Loving Lately | Week 2

Practicing gratitude with a weekly list of all the things I'm loving lately...



The start of a new month - I love opening my planner to a fresh new month waiting to be filled with inspiration, goals and adventures!

White pumpkins {see above} - I can't get enough of these!

Brew Dr. Kombucha - This company has the best 100% raw kombucha flavors! Some of my favorites: Love (lavender, jasmine and rose), Spiced Apple (apple, nutmeg, cinnamon and clove) and Clear Mind (rosemary, peppermint and sage).

Homemade nut milk - So far we've tried homemade coconut, almond and cashew milk.

Practical Paleo 2nd Edition - If you or a family member are suffering from an autoimmune disease or are just looking to improve your health and quality of life, you must get your hands on this book! It is so informative and the meal plans are excellent!

One-Bowl Paleo Pumpkin Muffins are the perfect treat for fall! My husband has been requesting these weekly since I first created the recipe. They are grain-free, nut-free, can be made dairy-free and are naturally sweetened.

Anthropology Boulangerie Jar Candle - Oh my gosh these soy candels smell divine! My favorite flavors are: Pumpkin Soufflé, Vanilla & Fig, Oatmeal Cookie and Lavender Shortbread.
