I love pizza. It's probably my most craved food. But traditional pizza is loaded with processed carbs, gluten and dairy. All things I can't have. Sure you can buy or make your own gluten free pizza crust...cauliflower pizza crust is even a thing now. I hate to break it to you, but those options aren't very good for you either.

My Perfect Morning Routine

If you're one of those people who jumps right out of bed when your alarm rings, I envy you! I am slowly becoming a "morning person." For the majority of my life I dreaded waking up early to start my day. I would hit the snooze button on repeat, skip breakfast, rush to get ready and fly out the door.

After reading about the benefits of an early morning routine, I started to rethink my mornings. I'm a sucker for routine. I crave routine. A few weeks ago I thought to myself, how can I wake up early and learn to enjoy the morning? I started gradually waking up earlier and earlier. Each day got a little bit easier. 

Once I had that down, I began carving out my perfect morning routine. It looks something like this...
