Slow Cooker Pumpkin Chicken Chili

Set it and forget it with this Slow Cooker Pumpkin Chicken Chili.
All the flavors of fall combined in a creamy, spicy chili.

It's pumpkin season Y'all! AKA my favorite season!

Chili is my go to quintessential fall meal. You know, that one dish that instantly makes you think "mmm fall!"? That's chili for me. See proof here and here

You know what else I love about chili? It's so EASY to put together...especially when the slow cooker does all the work for you...like in this recipe! Chop up your ingredients, place them in the slow cooker, drive yourself crazy while you smell the crazy aroma as it cooks, and dig in!

I created this chili because I wanted a different flavor than your typical ground beef or turkey chili. This chili is flavored with pumpkin puree, white sweet potatoes, a variety of peppers and the perfect amount of spice (with a fall twist). The topping ideas are endless, but I've listed my favorites below. Plus, this chili is bean free. Making it a perfect Paleo or Whole30 option.
