For many of us, the new year is a time to set new wishes and intentions. It's a time to reset, renew and refocus. It's also the time of year when we start hearing the word "detox".
This doesn't always have to be about the latest juice cleanse or diet. In my opinion, "detox" means letting go of anything from your life that doesn't serve you. This can be internal or external - Negative relationships, fears that are holding you back, anxious thoughts, walking away from stress, foods that are causing you inflammation, clutter in your home, or products that are toxic to your health!
