Arizona Travel Guide | Scottsdale, Flagstaff & Sedona

Things have been quiet on this little blog of mine lately. I’ve been busy focusing on work (this is one of the busiest times of the year for me) and trying to find balance between the crazy! 

When the Hubs asked if I’d like to tag along as a guest to a conference with him in Arizona, I happily accepted the opportunity to get away!! We spent a few days in Phoenix for the conference, then extended our trip to visit Flagstaff and Sedona.

This can be internal or external - Negative relationships, fears that are holding you back, anxious thoughts, walking away from stress, foods that are causing you inflammation, clutter in your home, or products that are toxic to your health!

Green Goddess Detox Soup + Homemade Vegetable Broth

This Green Goddess Detox Soup is packed with fresh veggies and good for you ingredients to boost your immunity and get your skin glowing for the new year! 

After all the holiday indulgences my body is craving fresh, clean, simple meals. I whipped together this detox soup on a whim and it turned out fabulous! 

It's filled with tons of beautiful green veggies and herbs and loaded with nutrients and antioxidants to help your body detox. This soup is also a great way to boost immunity and fight off the cold and flu season germs! 

I'm bringing you two recipes in one with this post! If you don't have time to make the homemade vegetable broth in this recipe, feel free to use a good quality store bought version. However, making your own really ups the nutrient factor!! I love to freeze the leftover broth in wide-mouth mason jars or ice cube trays for another use. It's great to have on hand!
