I believe that food should be simple, clean, and wholesome. Nourishing our bodies with whole foods, living an active lifestyle, and doing the things that make you happy are the building blocks to creating a healthy fabulous life. I also believe in living a balanced life: Enjoying that piece of dark chocolate, having that glass or two of wine, and occasionally staying out too late on your Saturday night.

  1. I just recently found your blog. I love it. Thank you for all your recipes. My 15 year old daughter was just diagnosed with Hashimoto Thyroiditis. She can't have gluten, dairy makes her sick - that is out. This is a whole new way of cooking for me. I am looking for Paleo and need to tweak some things because she is autoimmune-paleo.

    I bookmarked your website for future recipes.
